You’ve got your starter kit and are ready to get reading, so now what?

• Record each book you and your child read together on the paper logor in the 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten app.
• For each 100 books read you can stop by the Main Library or Ora Mason and show your log to the librarian to get a sticker. At the halfway point you will get a new book to take home!
• Once you read 1,000 books, visit us at either library branch to have your picture taken for our wall of fame!

¿Ya tienes tu kit de inicio y estás listo para empezar a leer? ¡Esto es lo que sigue!

• Registra cada libro que tú y tu hijo lean juntos en la hoja de registro o en la aplicación «1,000 Books Before Kindergarten».
• Por cada 100 libros leídos, puedes pasar por la Biblioteca Principal o por la biblioteca Ora Mason y mostrar tu registro al bibliotecario para recibir una pegatina. ¡Al llegar a la mitad del camino, recibirás un libro nuevo para llevarte a casa!
• Una vez que hayas leído 1,000 libros, visítanos en cualquiera de nuestras sucursales para que te tomemos una foto para nuestro muro de la fama.
